Cingoli: Marche region's balcony!
Discover Cingoli, unique balcony on the Marche Region!
Cingoli lives at m.631 s.l.m, on an isolated hill, in a dry climate accompanied, in summer, by a light and pleasant breeze that does not regret the summer heat.
The height does not give merit to the immense landscape that can be enjoyed from its medieval terraces. From a view, to say the least, “aerial”, the entire territory of the five provinces of the Marche region, bounded by the horizon, towards the north / east, from a wide swathe of the Adriatic Sea, emerges under the eyes of the visitor, on which the unmistakable silhouette of Monte Conero.
In the sunny days, with the third air, the gaze lengthens (incredible, but true!) To the Maiella spurs in Abruzzo, while beyond the Adriatic Sea, which for the occasion seems a long and narrow lake, appear the dark profiles of the mountains of Croatia that overlook the Slavic coast.
Turning away from the distant sea, the landscape changes, offering a long theory of wild mountains. From Monte Catria to Monte Vettore. Opposite Monte San Vicino and, on the left, the Sibillini mountains group.
